Giant red-light panels hang over the entire studio and stay on from your first rep to your last. The lights drop, the room turns red, and everything outside the door disappears.
Red light at RPH is part of the studio experience, not a medical treatment. If you're pregnant, sensitive to light, or have a medical condition, check with your doctor before class.
